DELIVERY / POSTAGE & PACKAGING.
We can deliver anywhere in the world.
P&P inside the UK is FREE by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.
P&P to mainland Europe is £8.95 PER ORDER by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.
P&P to the US and the rest of the world is £12.95 PER ORDER by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.
Delivery is made Monday – Friday. There is no delivery on Weekends or Bank Holidays. We will endeavor to dispatch and deliver your goods as swiftly as possible.
If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up the carrier will return to Gilly’s and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery.
If the customer gives special instructions to Gilly’s for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative product or to advise you on a later delivery date.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY.
To exercise your right of cancellation or to return goods deemed unsuitable or faulty you must inform us by:
Written notice by post or e-mail. Please state clearly the reason for your cancellation/return. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Although we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Gilly’s, should you wish to return any item, you may do so within 5 days of receipt, in original condition, all labels intact in a saleable condition for an exchange or refund (excluding postal charges). Gilly’s does not offer free returns. Gilly’s does not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit should you choose to return them, so insurance is always recommended. Proof of postage is not accepted as proof of receipt unless the item has been signed for by Gilly’s.
If you believe that the item is faulty, please notify Gilly’s in writing including a full explanation of the nature of the problem and notice that you will be returning the product.
Gilly’s reserves the right to refuse to accept returned items not in their original condition.
